What we do is essentially optimize all of the programming opportunities at your station. We emphasize working closely with Program Directors, General Managers and Corporate people to help manage and coach their shows. In addition, we work closely with show hosts to help them manage their staff.

Over the years we've found that many of radio's most creative and talented hosts have difficulty managing both on-air and off-air personalities; it's not their skill set. Even shows with only 2 or 3 players have issues, and these can lead to serious problems. What's a host supposed to do, for example, when one player is having a bad day and bringing down the room? How can you prevent that from impacting the show?

We provide coaching and suggestions to help manage talent, overcome obstacles and resolve personality issues.
