Staff Biographies
Angela Perelli
The Randy Lane Company
Angela started her career as morning show intern for
Don Bleu at NBC-owned Adult Top 40, KYUU in San Francisco. From
KYUU, Angela moved over to K101 to produce morning legend Dr. Don
Rose's return to Bay Area radio. She stayed at K101 for over seven
years, moving up the ranks from AM show producer to Programming
Assistant, Music Director and finally Program Director.
She moved on in 1995 to Los Angeles to be APD/MD for...of all people...Randy
Lane at KYSR (Star 98.7)/Los Angeles. Promoted to PD in 1997, Angela
enjoyed several successful years there, working with high-profile
talent like Jamie, Frosty & Frank (later Jamie & Danny,
later Jamie, Jack & Stench), Ryan Seacrest with Lisa Foxx, Rick
Stacy and Leah Brandon, Lara Scott, Bradley Wright, The Buckhead
Show and Richard Blade.
In 2002 Angela joined Radio & Records as Hot AC editor before
rejoining Star 98.7 for another run from 2002-2005. After spending
a few months helping Riviera Broadcasting launch Alternative Area
108 in Las Vegas, Angela earned her consultant stripes with Sparknet
Communications, specializing in the JACK format.
Angela joined the Randy Lane Company at the end of 2006. Randy
and Angela's working relationship spans 12 years, since Randy first
came to K101 to coach the Don Bleu morning show. Randy also worked
as a consultant with Angela at Star 98.7, helping to coach Jamie's
morning show as well as Ryan Seacrest's afternoon drive show.
Angela lives in Sherman Oaks with her husband and fellow radio
programmer, Chris Ebbott and their two children.
Over the past three years, Angela has been participated in several
workshops on Julia Cameron's "The Artist's Way," improvisational
writing, and unblocking the creative process.
